Third Reflection of Micro Teaching

Hello, nice to see you again in the third reflection.
Wow, this is really interesting thing.
Have you ever become an observer from your friend(s)? Becoming an observer is not easy, isn't it?
You have to critize what your friends' perform and give feed back to them. 
One thing when I become an observer, I can give comments, feedback to friends so that s/he will be better at teaching. 
When we prepare everything as well as possible, then do it that is not always give us good positive thing. I mean, what we have prepared won't be like what we want. It is showed when we got feedbacks or comments. 
I don't want to say more words. Just to say that what we do when we are a teacher and an observer are help each other. :)
