Lesson Plan of Using Wiki

A. Competency Standard


On completing the course, the students will be able to: 
- Apply speaking, reading and writing strategies  
Improve speaking, reading and writing abilities

Product
·         Students are able to produce short presentation about interesting thing.
Process
·         Students are able to analyze the expression used in the conversation thoroughly (please open the enjoyconversation.pbworks.com and choose in the sidebar the 'describing thing')
·         Students are able to apply the expression discussed to create a short conversation.

2.      Affective indicators: 
·         Students pay attention to the teacher thoroughly.
·         Students are able to make description in students' blog individually
·         Students are able to respect other friends’ opinion by giving comments.

  Exploration 
1.     Students read the conversation provided individually. Then, students are asked identify the expressions they found on the conversation.  
2.      After identifying the expression, the students analyze and discuss the expression.
3.     After that, teacher encourages the students to practice to use the expression by point the students one by one spontaneously.   
Elaboration
1.   Individually, students are asked to make a short conversation about parts of interesting things using the expression discussed.
Confirmation
1.   Students are asked to give comment in their friends' blog about the conversation made.
